Nicky & Scott Knipe
@ The Square Tower, Portsmouth
What a beautiful day spent celebrating the wedding of Nicky & Scott in Southsea at The Square Tower. The sun was out high in the sky and it was the perfect backdrop for a wedding.
We started the morning with Nicky and her team of bridesmaids and flower girls at their family home where she was having her makeup done by Georgia Michelle and hair by Yasmin Taylor.
Here are a few images I we captured of Nicky and her morning prep….
Short journey across Southsea to The Queens Hotel where Scott was getting ready with his best man Paul. As always the gents morning was a lot more chilled than the ladies and Scott was in good spirits.
Here are a few images I captured of Scott and his preparation before he headed off to the tower to tie the knot….
Back to Nicky’s and it was surprising how chilled everyone was, but don’t worry we knew what was on the horizon as the nerves started to set in and the realisation that Nicky was actually getting married today was going to hit. I must say though, Nicky handled it all in her stride and before you know it, it was time to get into the dress.
A stunning elegant lace detailed dress from Mousetrap in Havant was awaiting Nicky as she made her final preparation to becoming the new Mrs Knipe.
Here are a few images we captured of our beautiful bride….
So off to The Square Tower we went to capture Nicky & Scott tie the knot. I would just like to take this moment to say a huge thank you to both Nicky & Scott for letting me capture their special day. I think you will all agree that our lovely couple look amazing together and here’s to many years of happiness as the new Mr & Mrs Knipe.
Big thank you to all of their special family & friends who made their day so much fun to capture. Before you go, here are a few more of my favourite images from their day.
Southsea is my home and one of my favourite places to photograph a wedding. These images showcase everything we all love about Southsea and what better way to show it off than with a lovely couple at the forefront.
Hope you enjoy…
